At Jaipur Mohra, we ensure every jewelry piece is carefully checked and securely packed before shipping. We do not offer returns or refunds. However, we provide an exchange only in cases where the product is received broken or damaged. To be eligible for an exchange, customers must share clear photos of the damaged item along with a complete opening/unboxing video showing the package being opened from start to finish. This is mandatory for verification purposes. Exchange requests must be raised within 24 hours of delivery, and the product must be unused and in its original packaging. Please note that damage caused due to wear and tear, mishandling, or incorrect use is not eligible for exchange.Once the issue is verified, our team will guide you through the exchange process.
