Orders placed on Sundays or public holidays will be processed on the next working day.

  • Other Locations: 5–10 business days

Delayed Shipments

Damaged or Missing Items

If your order arrives damaged or if any item is missing, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with clear photos/videos and your order number.

After verification, we will arrange a replacement or another suitable resolution.

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping information. Jaipur Mohra is not responsible for delays or non-delivery due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided during checkout.
